As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Supply Chain & Product Development Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain operations — and lead the charge in creating unique, customer-loved products under our own brands.

Position Summary

Are you an experienced supply chain operator with a flair for product development? This role is more than just operations — you’ll be a strategic partner driving both efficiency and innovation. You will optimize logistics, manage supplier relationships, and work closely with our shipping agent and Chinese shoe manufacturer to develop white label products and even custom footwear models (including mold development). Your goal: elevate our brand experience through seamless operations and exclusive products.

You’ll use data (from Shopify and Mabang ERP) to forecast demand, avoid stockouts, manage lead times, and create a lean, responsive supply system. At the same time, you’ll collaborate directly with suppliers to turn product ideas into reality — from packaging improvements to full-on product innovations that set us apart in the market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the full supply chain: from procurement to final mile delivery
  
• Drive product development in collaboration with our manufacturer and shipping agent:
  
  • Launch white label versions of existing products with upgraded packaging and branding
    
  • Initiate development of new footwear styles with custom molds and exclusive features
    
• Coordinate and negotiate with Chinese suppliers for pricing, MOQs, lead times, and prototypes
• Maintain close alignment with our shipping agent to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment and clear accountability
• Own inventory planning and demand forecasting to prevent stockouts and overstocking
• Implement lean inventory practices and Just-in-Time (JIT) systems
• Track key performance metrics (shipping speed, error rates, costs) and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Fulfillment to ensure alignment across departments
• Set up and manage product data (e.g., SKUs, variants) in Shopify
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management (preferably in e-commerce)
• Demonstrated experience working with Chinese suppliers and negotiating directly
• Practical know-how in product development (white label, packaging upgrades, or custom products)
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Mabang ERP, Shopify, and common supply chain tools
• Experience with JIT systems and lean inventory practices.
• Fluent in English and confident communicator across teams and cultures

• Background in product development, footwear manufacturing, or consumer goods
• Understanding of mold creation and product sampling workflows
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
• Supply chain certification (e.g. APICS, CSCMP)
