As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add a Junior Creative Strategist to our Creative Performance Team — someone hungry to make their mark by building and scaling high-performing video ads on Meta.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Junior Creative Strategist with a strong interest in performance marketing and a passion for creative storytelling that converts. In this role, you’ll help drive growth across our portfolio of D2C brands by producing a steady stream of video ad concepts and briefs for our editors — all rooted in direct response principles.

You’ll work closely with our creative team, media buyers, and sourcing specialists to translate customer insights and winning ad formulas into structured, testable creative directions. The ideal candidate is curious, driven, and eager to learn — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to grow in the world of performance creatives.

This is a hands-on, high-impact position for someone who wants to sharpen their strategic thinking, move quickly, and see their ideas brought to life in high-performing video ads across channels like Meta.

Responsibilities

  • Asset Creation: Create compelling; conversion driven video (and photo) content by creating briefings to the video editor and scripts for the content creator that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice.
  • Competitive Research: Proactively research emerging trends and techniques and lead any strategic improvements for the team.
  • Creative Production: Conceptualize, Iterate, manage and distribute high-quality direct response videos for use on marketing channels like Meta and Youtube.
  • Project Management: Manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Storyboard & Script Writing: Develop and craft a strong storyboard and execute scripts that make a lasting impression on users and lead to sales.
  • Data Analysis: Regularly analyze creative ad performance to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategy.
  • Manage relationships: with internal and external creative partners (e.g. creators / editor): internal departments, agencies, freelancers, and contributors

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience as a Creative Strategist worked for an agency or brand in the D2C space.
  • Strong direct response marketing skills to present our target audience with an creative in an attempt to persuade them to take immediate action.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in market research tools, competitor analysis frameworks, and ad performance tracking platforms (TripleWhale, Foreplay, FB Ad Library, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, with a track record of developing successful ad campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
  • Are coachable, competitive, and hungry to grow in a high-performance team
